Rizky Maesarah Ibrahim, S.H., M.H. is an advocate and legal consultant with experience in labor law, civil law, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University, with a concentration in Civil Law, and obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Indonesia with a focus on Labor Law.
In her professional practice, she has handled various cases and legal services covering civil disputes, industrial relations, cyber crimes, domestic violence, and case resolution through a Restorative Justice approach. Since joining MMB & Partners, she has been involved in developing legal strategies, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal opinions, handling trademark registrations, and managing civil, criminal, corruption, industrial-relations, and regional-head election-result cases before the Constitutional Court. Her diverse experience has shaped her ability to deliver legal services that are meticulous, responsive, and oriented to client needs.
