Ridwan Darmawan, S.H., M.H., M.I.P. is an advocate and legal consultant with more than two decades of experience in strategic litigation, constitutional law, and state administrative law, as well as public-policy advocacy and the protection of citizens’ constitutional rights. He has handled numerous cases before the Constitutional Court, general-election and regional-head election disputes, and agrarian, natural-resources, labor, and human-rights matters with broad impact on the public interest.
He currently serves as Managing Partner at MMB & Partners, responsible for leading the development of case-handling strategies and the management of complex litigation, while also advising individual, corporate, civil-society, and public-institution clients.
