Abdul Azis, S.H.I., M.H. is an Advocate, Certified Mediator, and Practitioner Lecturer who has practiced law since 2013 through law firms and legal aid institutions. He has experience in handling litigation and non-litigation cases, dispute resolution, legal assistance, and providing legal consultation to individuals, communities, institutions, and businesses. Throughout his career, he has handled cases in civil, criminal, land, state administrative, labor, bankruptcy and PKPU, sharia economic, Islamic family law, election disputes, and judicial review of legislation before the Constitutional Court. This experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the substantive and procedural aspects of law within the judicial system and government administration.
